Mrs. Davis's class had an amazing time at Science City! Thank you, Green Ridge PTO for supporting this fabulous field trip!
The Track & Field Tigers had a good day at Sectionals. Everyone was dialed in and ready to compete. Our team came close to moving on everyone to State, but fell short in a few of our events.
Despite not placing Top 4 our 4x1 team (Raul Ramirez, Jack Hoos, Mark Pavglioglo, and Wyatt Brosch) shaved a second off their time and ran their season's best time of 46.93 seconds. Rylee Donaldson ran well in the 1600 with a time of 6:37 and Wyatt Brosch got up early to throw 40.09m in Javelin.
Weston Crawford jumped season bests in all 3 jumping events: 12.04m in Triple Jump, placing 7th; 5.99m in Long Jump placing 3rd; and jumping 1.91m in High Jump placing 1st.
Congratulations to all of our Tigers! Everyone made progress this season and improved over all. So proud of the work you've put in this season and what you've been able to accomplish. Good luck at State Weston!
Thank you to our GR8 PTO for funding the 3rd & 4th grade field trip to Science City!!! Here are some photos from Mrs. Thompson!
