Congratulations to Weston Crawford for being nominated and recognized as our outstanding senior student at this month’s Rotary Luncheon. Weston is a great asset to our school district. He is always willing to help and can be seen at many school and community events. He is an A+ tutor this semester and has enjoyed working with the younger students. He is involved in numerous activities and athletics including National Honor Society, FFA, FBLA, FCA, Soccer, Basketball, Track, Cross Country, and many others. Throughout high school, Weston has received honors for All-Conference and All-District Soccer, All-Conference and State Qualifier for Cross Country, All-Conference and State Qualifier for track, and FBLA State Contest Qualifier. Following graduation, Weston plans to attend college and is still deciding on a major. He will be successful at any of the avenues he is considering. We are all proud of Weston and his accomplishments so far and will support him as he pursues higher goals in his life. Congratulations again Weston Crawford!!

GR8 Staff! Have a blessed Thanksgiving! We are GR8FUL for you!
A GR8 big round of applause also goes out to staff member, Stacie Merriott, for sharing her creative vision with the entire school! This afternoon each junior high and high school student was partnered with an elementary buddy. The upper level mentors assisted their buddies as they worked through 10 stations in their classroom. Later, the partners completed a balloon character of their choice as part of a STEM Balloon Project. It was a student-led afternoon that culminated in a Thanksgiving Day Balloon Parade led by Grand Marshall, Mrs. Hammers! The amount of time and effort to coordinate these activities is deeply appreciated by staff and students! Thank you, Mrs. Merriott, for a wonderful afternoon! We are extremely GR8ful that you joined our Tiger Nation this year!
